ESTABLISHED IN 1987
Established in 1987, the inception of WACCC was timely. The objective of the formation of the WACCC was to address the dire need for a channel where the locals and business migrants could interact, and to champion the cause of the Chinese community. To fulfill this objective, membership opened to individuals of all racial backgrounds was introduced.
