On 1st December 2020, The WA Chinese Chamber of Commerce hosted its first food event at HQ Bar & Kitchen, Quay Perth overlooking Elizabeth Quay.
This event was held in conjunction with Western Australian Fishing Industry Council (WAFIC) and showcased a variety of WA seafood from a range of WA-owned suppliers.
During the the night, guests were treated to a 9-course degustation menu pairing with Margaret River fine wines Miles from Nowhere. The menu is specially designed by WA’s Food Ambassador Chef Don Hancey
