On 28th May 2024, Western Australian Chinese Chamber of Commerce (WACCC) welcomed Hon. David Michael MLA, Minister for Mines and Petroleum for a meeting with Zhaojin Mining, 2nd largest gold mine company in China, on their recent acquisition of ASX-listed Tietto Minerals at AUD$733 million.
Minister Michael is buoyed by the prospect of Zhaojin’s interest in other assets in WA and beyond. WACCC looks forward to working with Tietto Minerals on the transition and future opportunities for Zhaojin in Australia.
