Wednesday Networking is a platform for members and non-members to meet different people, be exposed to new ideas and thoughts, develop new relationships and foster existing contacts.

Gin and Distilling

Our speaker Hilton is the founder of HHH Spirit, a local boutique gin and whiskey maker, and HHH Distill, a specialist distillery equipment manufacturer. His spirit products include a range of special, limited edition gin.

Hilton was born in Zimbabwe, and came to Australia in 2005. Having studied civil engineering in South Africa, he worked in the construction industry in Australia, specialising in construction dispute after his post graduate studies in construction law. Further studies in construction law saw him further his skills in the oil and gas industry with projects in the middle east, one of which ended up in arbitration. It was during the arbitration that Hilton found an outlet to keep him sane and that was distilling. The result of this interest was his business venture making gin, whisky and also designing and building copper stills.
