In 2020 Kate Skinner and Co-Founder Parys McClean launched Diamond Collective (DC) with a clear purpose – “to shake up the diamond industry”.

With an infatuation and pronounced passion for diamonds, from the outset, transparency, education, technology and innovation have been DC’s core values.

DC uses a global network of diamond wholesalers to present their clients with a selection of diamonds via HD Video and GIA certificates. The HD video allows the client to view an exact diamond option x100 magnified. DC is one of the only jewellers in Perth offering both natural mined and lab grown diamonds. They also have clients across Australia and the globe.

The diamond industry is typically male dominated and “has not been easy to crack into”. As a result DC has worked consciously on creating meaningful relationships and connections with people in the diamond industry both here and overseas.
