WACCC Youth Committee Hosts Another Sold-out  Business & Brews Event

On Saturday, 31 October 2026, the WACCC Youth Committee’s Business & Brews series returned with a sold-out event at Boston Brewery Co in Victoria Park, with the generous support of PKF Australia.  Around 40 young professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners and emerging leaders from across Perth came together over coffee and morning tea, and the energy in the room was high from the start.
A new highlight this time was a round of one-minute pitches. Attendees each took a moment to share who they are, what their business does and what they’re looking for. The pitches gave everyone a quick sense of who was in the room and made it easier to start conversations afterwards, with many people already knowing who they wanted to meet and what to talk about.

A Strong Response from the Community

The networking that followed reflected the idea at the heart of the series: some of the most valuable professional relationships begin with a good conversation. Familiar faces and first-time attendees mixed easily, swapping ideas, experiences and contacts over morning tea and coffee.

Thank You to Our Community

WACCC extends its sincere thanks to everyone who joined us for Business & Brews, and the event sponsor, PKF.
The enthusiasm and openness of those in attendance shaped the morning and demonstrated the value of creating spaces where conversations can happen naturally and new professional relationships can begin.
