Eddie Kwah, Council Member, WACCC signs the Memorandum of Understanding for the China Scholarship Project. Looking on is Jonathan Lyons, Klinger Ltd Australia & Mr Ye Sheng Bo of the Zhejiang Cixi Gasket Manufacturers' Federation.

The China Scholarship Fund will provide scholarships to students from Zhejiang, Fujian and Yunnan provinces in China . These scholarships will enable students who do not have the financial means to continue their Primary/High school and University education.
